Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Safari Park

The largest safari park of Asia ‘Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Safari Park’ Bangladesh. The Park is in Gazipur district which is just near to Dhaka city. From Dhaka the park distance will be nearby 40 Kilometers in Bagher bazar, The Bagher bazar is Dhaka Mymensingh highway after pass Gazipur Chowrasta, then go forward along the Mymensingh road and come to Bagher Bazar then you have to choose the path of west side. You have to use auto rickshaw or CNG as transports to reach at the park. Bangabandhu Safari Park is three kilometers away from Bagher bazar. After getting inside the park, you will see tiger, lion, kangaroo even dinosaur. But these are not alive. All of these animals are statue indeed for welcoming the visitors. The whole park is consists of about 4000 acres of land. Recently  Dof (Department of  Forest) released tiger, lion, white lion, bear, maya deer, sambar deer, zebra, giraffe, wild beast, camel, emu etc to attract local and international visitors. In the park, they have set up information and education centre, nature history museum, park office, rest room, dormitory, wild life hospital, crocodile park, lizard park, fancy duck garden, crown figent aviary, parrot aviary, dhonesh aviary, macaws land, marine aquarium, orchid house, butterfly garden, climate house, vulture corner, pending bridge, monitoring tower, fountain, tiger observation restaurant, tortoise breeding centre, eco-resort, food court, elephant show gallery, bird show gallery and child park. There is arrangement of bus and zip service for visitors.

Entrance Time: 9AM to 5PM everyday. Weekend: Tuesday.

Entry Fees: Adult BDT -50.00, Kids BDT-20.00, Foreigner BDT-400.00

Foods: In site the parks have food arrangement with good restaurant you can take your food from here it’s little expensive. Out site food not allowed

* Safari by AC Bus: 100 Tk (The bus will take you into the Lion and Tigers area).

* Living with Bird: 10 Tk

* Living in the Jungle: 10 TK

* Paddle Boat riding: 50 TK

* CNG and Auto available there. You can go there by Taxi or private car also.

* Auto: Fare Tk. 20-30 per person (From Bager bazar to Park area).

* Private Car parking : Tk 100.00 per car.
