• Monitoring and analyzing market trends.
• Studying products and services of the competitors.
• Ensure corporate clients visit to increase sales volume by understanding their needs & expectation.
• Analyze competitor's strategy & behavior, business performance, and product performance of each segment.
• Focusing on identifying customers' business challenges and developing strong value propositions to help customers meet their business objectives.
• Maintain strong relations with existing clients.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plans.
• Maintain and update customer database.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries through social media and emails.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Weekly Business meetings with top management and providing market feedback.
• Carry Out Other related works assigned by Management.
