Responsibilities & Context

• Overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of tours, ensuring all logistics (transport, accommodation, activities) are smoothly arranged for clients.
• Meeting clients to discuss their travel preferences and customize tour packages that meet their needs and expectations.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with local hotels, transport providers, guides, and other service suppliers to ensure high-quality services for clients.
• Supervising and guiding tour guides, drivers, and other operational staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Addressing and resolving any issues during tours, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth operations.
