Position: Executive / Sr. Executive – Health & Safety

Position Overview:
The Executive / Sr. Executive – Health & Safety will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and improving health, safety, and environmental systems across our production and office facilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in kitchen appliances for food production with a strong commitment to safety excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies, procedures, and programs in line with local regulations and company standards.
*Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits of production floors.
*Ensure compliance with fire safety, electrical safety, and machinery operation standards.
*Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
*Organize training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs for employees on workplace safety.
*Collaborate with production and quality teams to maintain a safe work environment and ensure product safety compliance.
*Prepare and maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records for audits.
Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science/ Occupational Safety or related field.
*Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in kitchen appliances, home appliances, or manufacturing industry.
*Strong knowledge of local labor laws, fire safety regulations, ISO 45001, and other relevant standards.
*Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
*Certification in occupational safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
