We had tried to book this hotel earlier also but it was always occupied.
This time we had booked it couple of days earlier. No advance was needed. Only they wanted to know if I was a resident of this riverine city. I said yes, as my grand dad was from this city.
I guess that may be the reason they did not insist any more.
The room is(we are still here) good but small.
They have hot & cold water, which is good in winter. But washroom need to have an exhaust fan to dry the washroom quickly.
At Tk. 2,800/- per night in a small city, the daily charge is expensive.
It need to be around Tk.1,500/- which is US$25/- at current exchange rate.
Dining is available on asking, it is not a regular restaurant of the hotel.
Over all good, but the city needs 2/3 more hotels like thiS
